Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Shipping We offer standard and tracked shipping options across the United Kingdom. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once dispatched.

International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging All decants are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. We use secure, leak-proof packaging suited to fragrance products.

Tracking Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
